Your project data is yours.
We maintain full data sovereignty over client project information. No client data is processed on external infrastructure. All AI processing runs on Clockwork's own hardware, in our lab. This is policy, not just practice.

What we collect
Only contact details from direct email correspondence — name, email address, and the content of messages you send us.
We collect limited first-party operational telemetry to understand whether the site works and which pages help visitors decide whether to contact us. This may include page route, time period, referring domain, device class, campaign parameters, and whether a contact or demo link was clicked.
What we don't collect
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, session replay, or behavioural profiling.
We do not use operational telemetry to identify individual visitors, build visitor profiles, personalise the website for specific people, or share analytics data with third parties. Raw technical logs are retained for 7–30 days for operational and security purposes, then deleted or aggregated. Aggregated statistics contain no individual trail.
- No client project data
- No full IP addresses (truncated or discarded before storage)
- No persistent visitor IDs or cookies
- No cross-site identity or behavioural profiles
How we store it
Email correspondence is held on local, encrypted systems. Retained for the duration of the professional relationship plus six years (statutory professional records requirement). Deleted securely thereafter.
